Introduction
The home of Shakespeare, the Beatles, James Bond, Harry Potter, and innumerable other icons, the U.K. is one of Europe’s cultural centers. Its bustling cities are known for world-class museums, music, fashion, and dining, while picturesque villages offer a slow, bucolic lifestyle.
The Startup Visa is valid for 2 years, and it will allow you to set up a new business in the U.K. If your business is successful and ongoing, you have a day-to-day role in operating it, and your endorsing body approves, you may be eligible to switch to an Innovator Visa. This would offer a path to settle permanently in the U.K.
